Amdocs has announced that e& UAE, the main telecom unit of the global technology group e&, has chosen the company to integrate generative AI (GenAI) into its core business systems. This move marks an important step as e& UAE uses advanced AI in daily operations to improve services for millions of customers across the country.
Under the agreement, Amdocs will deploy its GenAI platform, amAIz, to help telecom operators add GenAI services across their systems. e& UAE will use amAIz’s pre-built telecom AI agents to improve customer service, simplify retail and network operations, and increase overall business efficiency. The platform is designed to open new revenue opportunities while reducing operational workloads.
The amAIz platform protects users with strong safety and security features. It logs activity, audits actions, controls access by roles, and follows privacy rules. The operator uses these controls to manage GenAI safely and responsibly, keeping customer data and business processes protected.
