Amwaj Development has handed over Starlight Park in Meydan, its first completed project in Dubai. The Dubai-based boutique developer finished the handover in the first week of October.
Starlight Park sits in District 11 of Meydan. It has 172 apartments across four buildings, with one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. The company designed the community around family living, with a resort-style feel.
Residents get rooftop pools and lounges in all four buildings. The community also has an outdoor cinema, fitness, yoga and boxing studios, paddle tennis courts, children’s play areas and an indoor kids’ club. Homes come with premium kitchen appliances, built-in TV units and custom wall accents in the master bedroom.
Founder and Chairman Emad Saleh said the project holds a special place in the company’s journey because it was the first. He said buyers backed Amwaj based on its vision and its ability to deliver, and finishing on time rewards that trust.
Co-Founder and CEO Murad Saleh said delivery is where a vision gets tested. He said Starlight Park let the team turn its approach to design, construction and development into a finished community. He added that the company will bring the same focus on execution to every future project.
Amwaj now plans to grow its portfolio across Dubai, building on the trust and momentum from this handover.
