Dubai Chamber of Commerce said its members achieved a record Dh356.5 billion in exports and re-exports in 2025, marking the highest annual total in the chamber’s history. The figure represents a growth of 15.1% from Dh309.6 billion in 2024 and signals strong momentum across Dubai’s trade and services sectors.
The chamber said the rise reflects wider participation by companies trading through Dubai and continued expansion into international markets, despite changing global trade conditions.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, said the results mark a major milestone. He said the strong performance shows global confidence in Dubai’s economy and supports the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to strengthen the emirate’s role as a global hub for trade, investment and innovation.
Dubai Chamber of Commerce also reported strong membership growth. A total of 71,830 new companies joined in 2025, lifting active membership to 292,486, up from 258,318 a year earlier. The chamber issued 852,184 certificates of origin during the year, an increase of 7.7%, reflecting higher trade volumes.
It also issued and received 5,960 ATA Carnets valued at Dh5.6 billion, with the number of carnets rising 11.2% year on year.
Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, said Dubai’s success continues to be driven by its supportive regulatory environment and strong investment ecosystem.
The chamber supported the overseas expansion of 130 local firms in 2025 and reviewed 54 laws with business groups. It also received 201 mediation cases valued at over Dh241 million, settling 67% of them.
During the year, Dubai Chamber of Commerce launched new business councils, legal awareness programmes and the “Sustainability 365” initiative, awarding ESG labels to 50 companies.
