Monsha’at Partners with LinkedIn to Support Saudi High-Growth Companies

Background 

Saudi Arabia’s Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) has partnered with LinkedIn to better support fast-growing companies across the Kingdom. The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed during the Biban 2025 Forum, held from November 5 to 8 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center under the theme “A Global Destination for Opportunities.”

The agreement focuses on knowledge transfer, expertise sharing, and the organization of specialized workshops aimed at improving business management and competitiveness. According to the Saudi Press Agency, the collaboration will also leverage LinkedIn’s platform to enhance talent acquisition and professional development programs for Saudi entrepreneurs.

Abdulrahman Al-Ismail, general manager of High-Growth Enterprises at Monsha’at, and Arda Atalay, regional director for the Middle East and North Africa at LinkedIn, signed the agreement.

Monsha’at said that this partnership is part of its larger plan to help fast-growing businesses grow in Saudi Arabia and abroad by working with global technology leaders.

The​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ initiative is in line with Saudi Vision 2030, which focuses on raising the contribution of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to the national economy.

Monsha’at is partnering with LinkedIn to provide Saudi entrepreneurs with digital tools, expert advice, and networking opportunities. These resources will help them grow their businesses and play a bigger role in developing the Kingdom’s economy.
