Background
Glasgow Research & Consulting has introduced a new service line under Glasgow Valuation & Advisory Services for the valuation of real estate properties in addition to its current portfolio, which caters to clients in the Gulf region.
The new practice will offer real estate valuation along with plant and machinery assessment, as well as building consultancy services, to back financial transactions, investments, and also financial reporting. It will serve a broad client base, including commercial banks, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, developers and high-growth enterprises.
Glasgow Research & Consulting’s CEO, Dr. Vishal Pandey, claims that the program’s launch has been a major turning point in the company’s strategic planning, given the rising need for valuation expertise that combines local knowledge with international standards.
Partner Divyansh Gupta said the practice’s approach is anchored in independence, technical excellence and objective analysis, to enable confident decisions and sustainable value creation across industries and asset classes.
Vishal and Divyansh, who together have over thirty years of expertise, co-lead the practice. Both hold the MRICS designation as Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Divyansh is also a RICS Registered Valuer with experience spanning valuation mandates, investment analysis and acquisitions across diverse asset classes.
While the practice will serve the broader Gulf region, its primary focus will be Dubai and the UAE. Vishal said Dubai’s emergence as a global centre for capital and investment is creating demand for advisors who combine technical rigour with deep market insight.
Since its establishment in 2010, Glasgow Research & Consulting has delivered more than 1,500 assignments for over 500 clients across the public and private sectors.
