Background

Dubai-based business advisory firm Titan Partners International has launched Back-To-Growth, a corporate social responsibility initiative aimed at helping entrepreneurs, startups, solopreneurs and MSMEs across the UAE strengthen their operations following recent regional disruptions. The programme offers practical support to help affected companies restore operations, build resilience and continue growing.

Nasir Jamal, Managing Director of Titan Partners International, said the firm’s goal centres on helping businesses regain their footing, describing the initiative as a way of standing alongside entrepreneurs whose ventures represent years of effort and investment.

The programme rests on four objectives, restoring business continuity, reinforcing Dubai’s standing as a resilient business hub, complementing government-led economic support with private-sector solutions, and deepening Titan’s long-term commitment to the UAE’s entrepreneurial community. It builds on government support packages introduced earlier this year, addressing gaps that private firms are well placed to fill.

Eligible businesses gain access to complimentary one-to-one advisory sessions covering restructuring, cost optimisation, market expansion and supply-chain diversification, alongside subsidised immigration and visa processing for business owners and key staff.

The package also brings down business setup fees and licence renewal costs, alongside digital transformation help covering website development, CRM implementation and digital payment integration.

The initiative runs across four phases over six months, moving from awareness and registration through business assessments and hands-on implementation, before concluding with a detailed impact report outlining the businesses supported and value created. Titan Partners expects the programme to support hundreds of businesses across the UAE’s free zones and mainland.
